| Benjamin D. Schwartz, Partner Benjamin Schwartz was born April 22, 1973 in Livingston New Jersey. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University (1996). He received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of law (1999). While at Wake Forest he was a Moot Court Board Member (1998) and represented Wake Forest at the International Environmental Law Competition (1999) at Pace University. After receiving his Juris Doctor he served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Rosemarrie Williams. Mr. Schwartz is licensed in New Jersey, North Carolina and Georgia. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
